Abolishment
of office of commonwealth's attorney.
The
General Assembly may, at any time after the expiration of six years from the adoption of
this Constitution, abolish the office of Commonwealth's Attorney, to take effect upon the
expiration of the term of the incumbents, in which event the duties of said office shall
be discharged by the County Attorneys.
