     AN ACT relating to restrictions on appointment of school employees.
     Amend KRS 160.380 to permit a relative of a school board member who is under the age of eighteen to be employed in a part-time or temporary position in a school district.


     SCS/RM/RS - Delete the original in its entirety and substitute (Plan CS065C01) to amend various sections of KRS Chapter 118B to divide the Commonwealth into the following congressional districts: District 1: Adair, Allen, Ballard, Butler, Caldwell, Calloway, Carlisle, Casey, Christian, Clinton, Crittenden, Cumberland, Fulton, Graves, Henderson, Hickman, Hopkins, Livingston, Logan, Lyon, Marshall, McCracken, McLean, Metcalfe, Monroe, Muhlenberg, Ohio (part), Russell, Simpson, Todd, Trigg, Union, Webster Counties; District 2: Barren, Breckinridge, Bullitt, Daviess, Edmonson, Grayson, Green, Hancock, Hardin, Hart, Jefferson (part), Larue, Marion, Meade, Nelson, Ohio (part), Shelby (part), Spencer, Taylor, Warren Counties; District 3: Jefferson (part), Oldham Counties; District 4: Bath, Boone, Boyd, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Carter, Elliott, Fleming, Gallatin, Grant, Greenup, Harrison, Henry, Kenton, Lawrence, Lewis, Mason, Nicholas, Owen, Pendleton, Robertson, Rowan (part), Shelby (part), Trimble Counties; District 5: Bell, Breathitt, Clay, Floyd, Harlan, Jackson, Johnson, Knott, Knox, Laurel, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Lincoln (part), Magoffin, Martin, McCreary, Menifee, Morgan, Owsley, Perry, Pike, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Rowan (part), Wayne, Whitley, Wolfe Counties; District 6: Anderson, Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Estill, Fayette, Franklin, Garrard, Jessamine, Lincoln (part), Madison, Mercer, Montgomery, Powell, Scott, Washington, Woodford Counties; direct county boards of elections to redraw precinct boundaries to conform with district boundaries; PLAN INTEGRITY VERIFIED; EMERGENCY.
